Last week, Snow Sports New Zealand (SSNZ) and Disabled Snowsports New Zealand (DSNZ) held their annual Adaptive Snow Sports Festival at Cardrona. It was 7 days packed with ski/snowboard clinics, lessons, races. It was exhausting fun!!

Awards! I worked with Wayne (on the right)... Woo hoo!

I was a driver all week. That's 6 days of driving to, from, up and down the mountain. It was a nice responsibility to have.

I must be a good driver...

Volunteers at the Awards Dinner. Everyone pictured here is AWESOME.

Eating well!!!

Now, the time has come for me to make an announcement.

I will be leaving New Zealand earlier than planned. My Working Holiday Visa expires in November, but I will be leaving Sept. 8, 2010. I fly home to visit family and friends for 2-3 weeks, then I'm off to Dublin. Because...

Although I love this photo of Karl & me...

I would rather be able to take real pictures with him in Dublin. Regardless of where I am, the adventure will continue... and that is the philosophy that I came here to find. And I will be back in New Zealand one day. Stay tuned for more details, I'm not leaving you yet.
